v2.8.0 (XF-UX S5, LT #462099): the old "AdTech Vendors" page as a card on the Ads page. Server-rendered from precomputed params (Option\ VendorsPanel -> Service\VendorPanel), sane with JS disabled; switches are real buttons with role=switch (label.iconic exposed nothing).
